Only problem with this is that the employers will not give you a good reference. Even though most don’t do that anymore anyways. They just verify the timeline of your employment.
I live in a right to work state and the employer has all the rights. Can fire you for whatever reason they want.

Thankfully HIPPA rules also made it easier to not only get your records but demand the wording be corrected. At least that’s how it is supposed to happen.
