YES. My new favorite thing is rucking - I throw on a backpack loaded with weights when I'm walking my dog. I'm at 15 pounds now and about to go to 20. If you love that weightlifting feeling you might also love weight carrying.

I started reading it the week before the election, and within 20 pages came to the gut-wrenching certainty that the orange menace was going to win. At least it didn't come as a shock - merely a horror. I owe Ms. Wilkerson thanks for that.
