One of my bottom teeth can now actually touch a tooth from the top. Never happened in my entire life with the overbite I have. Won’t use this new superpower to ever open packages with my teeth, though.

This weekend, my friends were mentioning how it’s the guy post-breakup who can’t stand being lonely that he gets into a new relationship immediately. I wholeheartedly agree with this.

The bad: The last tray for my top teeth didn’t fit. They had to rescan my teeth and will call me when it comes in. Until then, I wear the penultimate tray. To be fair, it not that tray, then I would’ve worn the last tray for the remainder of the time my bottom teeth trays are switched out.

Eating fried rice I made this morning using beef jerky that expired 2 months ago. Impulse buy at the local dollar (at the time) store when I was loading up on prep stuff. Eating early to buy scrambled eggs at work from the breakfast offering to eat with this.

I suspect my ex is shitting in his trousers in re- to what’s going on in the dictatorship. He’s had a misdemeanor expunged from his record to get into med school. I’m sure he believes that if the DOJ/ICE can find a way, they could use it to deport him.

I don’t recall any pictures of my family together in a group. I think there may have been one before my sister was born. But after that and before I left, there were none.

Ordered my rolled pork belly for my holiday meal. I was flirting with the idea of getting a small piglet for lechon. But even I don’t think I’m worth $229 to eat it by myself. This would be the perfect time to make more friends, but I’ve been in my hermit mode for a while now.

Pantry food day. Using up 2 of my remaining jars of canned meatballs. Dried spinach, commercially-canned mushrooms, commercial jar of sauce. And onions and garlic that have been stored longterm in the freezer. And one of my 40 boxes of whole wheat pasta.

My retirement fund has gone way up over the past year. But doomscrolling has made me want to go in and change future funding to more bonds.

After a week of 80F+ weather, we have a week of being in the 70s before maybe settling in the 60s. People still wore sweaters outside as part of our spirit week when the high got to 87F. They were regretting it.

The more I doomscroll, the more I’m filled with internal rage and despair at my stupid-ass coworkers who voted for him. And they weren’t blindly voting for him, either. This whole area of the state is not very educated.

Cutting people off again. This time, it’s someone I felt was using me. So when she hinted that she hoped for a certain outcome at a meeting, I didn’t do anything to push that along. I could’ve, but getting people to sing (badly) on your birthday was not high on my list, or on my list at all.

Out of all of my utilities I pay for, electricity is the highest at around $60/mo. The next is garbage at around $35/mo. It never occurred to me that I should get my money’s worth by attempting to throw something out every day.
