Woke up today to make my now belated bday dinner to find out the la.b I bought was bad

Luckily, I had a beef roast in the freezer

Made spring rolls for dinner

I forgot to take the done picture and now everything is packed in the cooler ready to travel, but here's my lamb leg roast.

The dessert is finished. Caramel rolo brownie cheesecake trifle.

Tomorrow, I start on the food.

New tattoo today. Nosey's been gone 4 months on Monday. I'm still not okay, and I miss her so much.

But today, my BFF and I got matching tattoos of her nose print the vet made for me.

Here's what I made for me

Beets, cranberry sauce, pearl onions in cream sauce, roasted squash and green beans, french onion mac n cheese, roasted chicken, dinner rolls, stuffing, and gravy. Coconut cream trifle for dessert

It came apart a little when I transferred from the springform to the cake circle, but it's still pretty!

I baked some cakes today 😋 There's a 3rd that I just poured some chocolate ganash on so it won't be ready (🤞🤞) until tomorrow morning. Or I guess more accurately, I hope it's ready before they get picked up in a few hours

Decided I hated how the pie I made looked, so I'm just gonna do a few cakes.

The me of today is very annoyed with the me of 2 days ago when she volunteered to bake cakes and pies for a bake sale this weekend
