Angda was 18 years old at the beginning of ARR, roughly 23-24 in current day DT
He's always looked a little older just because of him being an MRoe, then the MSQ horrors gave him stress lines and grey hairs absurdly early to age him up even more visually

First time he held back because Angda doesn't kill and he literally fist fought a dragon a previous expansion so he underestimated Zenos quite a lot

I'd hesitate to even call Angda's weapons actual weapons. Up until the very end of ShB he plays a bare fist Monk until the axe Ardbert gives him turns into an aetherial blade which is a manifestation of Angda's will to protect, sapping the aether of those Angda strikes while protecting Angda's own
