Been playing a lot of Disgaea 7 Complete. I'm glad I waited for the complete version to play the game since it includes all the DLC and there have been various QoL improvements that makes the leveling/gearing up smoother.
Still one of my favorite series, nice to see it back in form after awful D6.

Octopath 0 embargo is up but my review isn't ready yet since I just finished it yesterday night clocking in at around 80~ hours.
Definitely a step back from Octopath 2 in many ways but it does make up for it in other areas somewhat. It would be more favorable to judge this not as a sequel.

I really hope they've got some Switch 2 improvement patches in the works for the Xenoblade games. I would love to replay Xenoblade 2 with a visuals/60FPS patch on switch 2.
Perhaps we'll get an announcement for it along with the next game in the series.

Speaking of Tales games, I would love to see a Tales of Legendia remaster as well. It may not be the best game in the series but the music alone makes it noteworthy.

Speaking of Tales games, I would love to see a Tales of Legendia remaster as well. It may not be the best game in the series but the music alone makes it noteworthy.

Avowed didn't click with me at all, it was a pleasant surprise to see how much fun I had with this one.

While the wait for the second game will likely feel long, just know that fans playing the game on the PSP on original release in the states had to wait over 4 years to see the conclusion to the story.

My review of Trails in Sky 1st Chapter is ongoing but I'll say my impressions so far are very positive. They've done so many things right with this remake that there are really only small blemishes like the uneven use of voice acting which has become an unfortunate staple of trails holding it back.

No new Xenoblade but I'll take a new Fire Emblem. Lots of good stuff shown, 2025 still has a lot to offer.

Amazon fresh delivered all the groceries I ordered except for the hamburger patties, now I have everything to make a nice hamburger except for the meat.
I'm going to try to get creative with the rest of the ingredients to make something else. Maybe a chicken cutlet sandwich instead?

In Monster Hunter, there are Monsters I feel are more fun to fight using certain weapon types. For Steve, it's definitely the Long Sword. Even a typical opener is fun to pull off.

My review of Iwakura Aria is finishing up but since the game releases today, I will say a few things.
The Illustrations are gorgeous and the game has a great sense of atmosphere as it builds on its mysteries with a sense of foreboding dread. The story and characters are great, the PC port is not.

I've been slowly adding more and more spices and seasonings to the kitchen, recently added Paprika, Oregano and MSG.
It's been fun adding in seasonings to dishes to see how different they taste, improving my simple recipes bit by bit.
I'm still very much a novice in cooking but getting better.

I'm trying different games to see if there's another in the genre that I can get into like Baldur's Gate 3 and Divinity Original Sin 2 but the ones I've tried like DoS 1, Pathfinder and others just aren't grabbing me.
