This was always gonna happen, people just were impatient and didn't want to think that all the studios they bought needed 3-5 years to get a new game out the door. Especially if it's a new IP. Doesn't help that COVID delayed stuff by a year in some cases for those studios bought before 2020.

Ugh I don't like that at all. People like to bitch about OW, but man I really like that they only release a hero every other season. Don't have to worry about meta shakeups as much and people don't feel like they are constantly scrambling to learn new heroes.

I think that's usually what these types of messages are aimed at . I agree with you that if this is for an adult or a high schooler, probably best to let them set it up.

You can do a film without Spidey. Amy Pascal is just really bad at greenlighting scripts. Thank God her ego wasn't big enough to get in the way of Marvel doing the MCU spiderman films.
