Thank you, Marc Cuban. Love cats, the Brontë sisters, and the Industrial Revolution, as we live where it all started. Most weekends are planned to visit places. to take pictures &, to make the most of the free time we have.
Yes, Carol, you have a brain. But Andrea Jenkyns lost at the last election, and Farage has put her up for Lincolnshire mayor. Simply cannot believe such a buffoon could be given a position, and yet, you actually DID pass your degree and nobody checked her past qualifications out...💩

Any pictures from inside, and has it been taken over by Mother-Nature?

Faisal - if you had said that was something like 'Death Valley', I would have believed you 😂

If you had posted the video and asked where it was. Then my guess would have been Switzerland or Austria.

Humans have mapped the surface; the Russians landed a craft; hence, the above picture. It's got a runaway greenhouse effect, & unless there is a substance that would allow us to travel like 'Star Trek' at light speed or beyond, can't we just ignore it? There's more in the asteroid belt to explore.

What is stopping the UK bus fleets doing the same? This clean energy is simply there and waiting, the introduction would mean reduced taxes from fossil fuels. Not a participant of cannabis myself, introducing 'controlled' supply would more than meet the taxes from fossil fuels.

What's the boat's main catch? Is the catch sold locally, or is it blast-frozen and sent aboard the flights service to and from the airport?

One thing that every island has, 4 tides a day, 2 in & 2 out. Seen many advances in this area, so I take it that money is missing piece in making this a reality

Yes, Mazda may be on to something, but here in the UK you 'petrol heads' better get used 2this, as all cars will have limiters on so u can't go faster than the speed set for that road. I was told that the 2030's the UK has instructed all cars to have speed limiters fitted. Sorry Lamborghini drivers.

Those herds infected, are they killed and disposed of? The undertaking of such a slaughter would be immense.
December 18, 2024 at 3:24 PM
Susanne - What is happening to these animals? Is it termination or drug-based? The UK news mentions nothing about your outbreaks. It's as if we live on different planets.

We were shown the Toyota Mirai at a science conference many years ago. And the Toyota rep. said the gov wouldn't help with the hydrogen filling points, as they would lose valuable tax from fossil fuels. I truly believe it will happen, but mainly the private sector will be the source of the funding.
December 17, 2024 at 7:36 PM
But do remember, Denmark, you have a 'Fart Tax' from cows and pigs to sort out as well.
December 17, 2024 at 6:25 PM
And what about if you need to do a round trip of say 350 miles, are the RAC or AA going to pick you up and take you to the nearest Hydrogen pump. It's unworkable without the government's involvement.

Just being nosy, where did his majesty stop when he visited your island? Just want to know if it was a hotel, as I might have to save my pennies and book the same place.
December 17, 2024 at 5:57 PM
Seriously Guys, don't want to be a 'killjoy'. How long will the the hydrogen buses take to level the influx of th money? Seriously, I am backing your adventure 110%, but whats the stats tell you?

Who cant see the grumpy old man, with his left finger pointing?
December 16, 2024 at 8:43 PM
Making them now? The only reason we don't have them is tax the governments make today on fossil fuels. To everyone whose reading this, we went to a science show, and the Toyota Mirai was there. Check out Rice Uni (Texas). They have made hydrogen pumps as cheap as petrol, what are we waiting for ???

Yogi was definitely the runt of the litter. she never meowed but did a strange 'Agha' noise to tell me she was there. I loved my litle baby, and writing this is almost bringing tears to my eyes. She slept on one of hips for 16 years, how could I not have loved my little baby?
December 16, 2024 at 8:35 PM
That is like my favourite cat from a charity. my litle baby Yogi, a Nebalung who for 16 years slept on top of my hips. My beautiful little girl, would go downstairs and eat food, and come back up onto my side I was sleeping on, and lick my face to see if her 'mami' was still alive.
