🚦Two-way temporary signals will be in place on Cleveland Bridge overnight on 20 and 21 November so inspection works can take place.

Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained throughout.

We’re aware of delays and queuing traffic in central Bath due in part to three-way temporary signals in place at this A36 junction.

We have raised this with the utility provider carrying out the work, and the signals will be manually controlled for the remainder of works.

It will be recommended to a meeting of the full Council on 20 November that Sophie Broadfield is appointed as the next Chief Executive of Bath & North East Somerset Council.

Sophie will replace Will Godfrey, who is retiring at the end of December.
