Today was a good day on the sourdough streets. After not seeing rise in my pre-Christmas loaves, I focused on not taking short cuts and it paid off: 25% rye, 2 rustico and 2 regular. All looking mighty fine with some of the best rise and best consistency

Another weekend, another bunch of sourdough loafs - apple cinnamon with different scoring and my go to (rosemary & olive oil). Gonna whip up some brown butter cream cheese frosting for the apple cinnamon 😋

Thanksgiving all wrapped up. Fun times on the #sourdough journey, including sourdough dinner rolls (Little Spoon Farm recipe), Christmas Tree score, and loaves (rosemary olive oil and 50/50) I felt by far the best about so far. Enjoying the journey, especially spending it with family

Made a 50/50 loaf yesterday (half whole wheat, half white flour) and it came out as probably the best loaf I’ve baked. Had an ear and ctually had the consistency of decent bread 😂 #sourdough
