What I learnt these days is that is you are introducing new technologies, it should be an industry that is generating large amount of value currently.

Maybe I’ve said this before, but ai labs would probably block, and at least track if you do something related to bio (and nuclear). So I feel like every company has to build a model on top of it to have those capabilities.

i think it is really important to make sure you are collecting as much data as possible to have an advantage against competitiors.

talking to an ai is so frustrating. for coding and math, ai is quite good (thought for math, it is not perfect), when you want to know about something, they don't understand any logic. and i think there are not much progress since gpt-4o in this regard.

I feel like in a grand scale of things, tob productivity apps are mainly just organizing informations to make the right decisions. So, there is no reason for it to be a local file type to be honest. I think google docs and sheets are still stuck in the old mindset.

I think growing ur company base in an ethically questionable region can be justified if you value the influence you get equally as the leverage that it gives to the gov entity.

I think everything will be free in the future, and freemium and ads are the start of it.

I think we can really think about non working generations, as agi is becoming a probable future. We can never get there when human can create some value. When human contributions become negligible compared to ai outcome, there will be no race for bigger value creation.

i really liked this interview. i think things would be a lot better if we take more time caring. also, i think we will get corrupt if we are in a bad environment.

what i thought about why modernist buildings are kinda boring.
- it is not rich in complexity. human vision recognizes things based on edges, and if it is mainly flat surfaces, there is not much of them.

just as a memo, the answer to the "unexpected hanging paradox" is that you have to decide before monday when the test would be held, and if not, it is the equivalent of randomly saying it is the next days forever.

If I had to give one advice on a occasion, it would be that you should be skeptical of the advice that you are given, both in-person and socially. The first obvious reason is that there is the survival bias. Also, they lived in a different world, if it is, it is less useful.

i'm increasingly convinced that ai models would be kinda like commodities.
