The problem is an honest wage being pure fantasy these days. As soon as people start getting paid more, prices are jacked up to cover costs, and the cycle begins again, usually slightly worse as businesses use it as an excuse to cut more profit. Any jackass could make record profits doing that.

I lean pro choice myself--situations like Roe vs Wade and the fact that a child born into a world like today with people unable to support them is years upon years of cruelty. That said, legally mandated surgery and refusal for a procedure that affects two lives aren't the same thing. At all.
