Susie Q is 7 months old and will be spayed tomorrow. I am so conflicted. I hate the thought of having her sterilized. She is so beautiful and this is a big step. Her vet says it will reduce the risks of cancer and other future issues.

The whole thing is coated in sugar. Honestly, too sweet for me, but I love the raspberry/almond combination. Bonus: the house smelled great all day.

1/ I had a pleasant drive Sunday to Pennsylvania for a rehearsal with a few friends for Mixed Harmony Brigade of New England. With a winter storm warning in effect, I decided to drive two hours to sing 12 songs. It was worth it. #barbershopharmony
