Welp, 2yrs have come and gone now.
2 years since my own heart surgery. It as on Dec 17th, 2022. My heart was stopped for 5.5 hrs while the surgeon did repairs and bypass grafts... x4.
I have since become diabetic (type 2) and am slowly just shutting down.
But hey... my last smoke was Dec 13th '22

Welp... things are taking a turn for the worse, sadly.
After talking with my doctor and cardiologist yesterday, it's looking like I have maybe only a couple years left. Damage to my heart is too great. I don't qualify for a transplant and probably won't make it through another open heart surgery.
