Basking shark, wildlife, swim & diving tour from Oban, Mull, Coll and Barra! Scientific study of Hebrides Basking Shark population. Overseas tours and underwater photography trips.

During peak summer we move from Oban out to the Isle of Coll to be right in the middle of the wildlife hotspot, which means a short travelling distance to the good bits, unlike from Oban or Mull, and we can get out even in strong winds!
On World Oceans Day, we celebrate our local orca legends, John Coe & Aquarius, who are the last 2 of the West Coast Community. The pod’s tale is a sad one, and stark reminder of our impact on the oceans. You can read more about their fate in our blog:

Pretty chuffed to be featured in a @natgeotraveluk.bsky.social article ‘7 low-impact adventures to try across the UK’. Top of the list too 😀
The other adventures look fab too. Quite the bucket-list! We think you should start at number 1 😉🦈

It’s Squirrel appreciation day and we couldn’t let it pass without acknowledging our once beloved office mascot, Nutty 🐿️ A regular visitor to the garden and bird feeder for the last few years, he was sadly killed recently 😔 ‼️very sad picture at the end.
