Ok, so you went to HR when you didn't like the opinions but didn't go to HR when you got SA'D or, god forbid, the OFFICIALS?!?! Not only does this effect your credibility, it also shows your priorities. Not to mention this reads like an Amber turd testimony. SA are serious allegations.

You can't do both, by casting for authenticity you're DELIBERATELY making your casting pool smaller this making it harder to find people that are perfect for the role. I don't understand why people don't understand that.
