It’s remarkable seeing so much local progress on housing policy, and even more exciting seeing the real world impacts!
City of Victoria has exceeded its provincial housing target for the year, on track to complete its 5-year target well ahead of time. 🏘️🏢🌇
We have made policy changes to accelerate below-market and 3+ bedroom units (including incorporating point access blocks into the OCP and Zoning update).
