This is a kitten who just went through his first switch from EDT to EST and is NOT happy with the service delay in his dinner time…

This guy. Mimas came with the name ‘You’ from the unstable person who rescued him…he was, *of course* a Maine Coon…he very likely has zero Maine coon dna in his goofy body. Why are people like this? He is awesome! As he is! Is this like white pill who insists they are ‘1/4 Cherokee’ or ‘1/2 Navajo’?

4 year old Saturn, perfectly happy being the Sole Cat, quickly went from resentful to, exasperatedly, a big brother, letting Mimas chase him, eat his food, and holding him down to groom the lil goofball.

On may 27th, I rescued a ‘7 or 8 week old’ kitten from someone who was drastically unable to take care of him,
Who in turn rescued it from someone
else. His litter mates all apparently died over the course of a day, leaving the ‘runt’ of the litter the only survivor.

I’m breaking news: a brief detente has been reached(until Mimas decides to use older step brother Saturn as a toy again). Truly a time of miracles.

Agree and white striped 5 month old kitten sits stretched out on my lap as I sit on my chair. His big ol’ noggin drapes across the right side of my thigh. The photo is from above and my stomach in an orange t-shirt is visible on the bottom of photo, with a curved wood ‘Poang’ chair armrest is visible on right side of image, and part of a leather chair cushion is visible beneath him. The kitten is stretched across my lap, and one blue pajama leg is visible, up to mid thigh stretching vertically off to the top edge of photo. The kitten believes he should not have any rules due to his cuteness and age. Others disagree. Another photo of the same grey striped cat, the photo is now turned from landscape to portrait mode. Now his big empty head is in center of image. His visible front right leg is visible curled up. He looks into camera with squinty eyes as morning sunshine lights him from top of photo. His mouth is open the tiniest bit. His expression is one of slight annoyance and disappointment. 20 little claws will keep me in place should I foolishly attempt to move, as is his new morning ritual. This little menace was rescued by me when he was 2 days short of being eight weeks old on May twenty-fifth twenty twenty three. This is his three month anniversary with me. He may get extra treats if I am allowed to get up off the chair sometime today.

Two months to the day since I rescued 2 month old Mimas (Much to
Chonk, Lorge Saturns’ chagrin) and finally they nap peacefully! (Usual behavior is Saturn grooms or plays chase with Mimas, while the Tabby Terror treats Saturn like a big furry chew toy). Progress….?
