I cannot wait to go back to Japan, but that takes money and hard work. For now, I'm going to make sure that my future is bright and I will achieve my goals accordingly.

Next post will go back to pictures of Day 8. If all of the previous pics from Week 1, what stories could be in Week 2?

After we said our goodbyes on Day 6 and I collapsed onto my hotel bed, I realized that there's more to the world to discover and that it was much smaller than I thought it would be.

What discoveries will I make when I travel to new places? What connections can I make? When will this happen?

Lastly, the youngest cousin is... amazing. I didn't interact with him much but from what I saw and learned, he's very skilled. Being an exceptional drummer, I see much potential in him. Ugh, I want to bring him here at my place to visit all the Jazz Clubs. He'd love it.

The middle cousin was the person I had the most enjoyable time with. Due to similar age and knowing some English, I was able to make conversations with him and discussed movies and theatre together. Who knew there was someone in my family that shared my interest in the arts?

The eldest cousin was a caring person and Mama Drake doted on her to the point where she spent an ungodly amount of money on her. What surprised me the most was her husband. Good lord, he's a very eccentric person, but once I got to know him he was outgoing and had a heart of gold.

When I eventually met face-to-face with my three cousins, I was a nervous wreck. We've never met each other, have very different upbringings, and the language barrier between us all. Thankfully, despite all of these hurdles, we enjoyed our time in the days we spent time together.
