At that temperature it's usually pretty dry which makes it so much easier to stay warm. Down and wool and maybe even fur and you can be very cozy. And the snow is so beautiful and refreshing.

They're also legitimately really horrible themselves. Lesser evil, sure, but still QUITE evil.
