This is why they constantly lose elections. Can’t trust them to actually have a backbone. Vote overwhelmingly for them DURING a shutdown because they fight a bit for us and they still tuck tail and turtle!

Exactly. Same reasoning behind the GOP push to make insurance cover autism treatment in MI. The LT Gov at the time (Brian Calley) has an autistic daughter.
They have no empathy for anyone except themselves and can’t see beyond their own front doors.
