I like that I get 2% in points on medical expenses, copays, etc on my credit card. But I wonder if I should wait for the pathology bill to go to collections so I can get the 5% back instead. I think the difference would be enough for a free night during my Christmas vacay

One thing I appreciated about Peru is that they seem to strongly support handcrafted arts. It could also be that the creative supplies companies advertise heavily, but it felt like there was a lot of emphasis put on made-by-hand, traditional style art and crafts.
