Don’t forget, Bill Kristol was one of the three who put Sarah Palin on McCain’s presidential ticket.

“Ignoramus of epic proportions” per WSJ.

100-day cough, it’s called. Cannot imagine inflicting it when it can be prevented. End of lecture.

“Monumental catastrophe?” Where did I ever insinuate such a thing. My original comment was because your partner in partisan hackerybhere claimed “Never had an issue.” I corrected the record.

Automatic voter registration via DMV has been in effect only since 2016. But only 1600 people who shouldn’t have been registered were. No biggie.

March 26, 2025 at 2:54 PM
Did you miss the news last year when it was discovered that 1500 non-citizens had been erroneously registered to vote?

No one wants to argue with a brilliant and famous author, but prostate cancer in particular does not fit neatly into the "early detection saves lives" box. More men die with it than of it. It's complicated. Treatment can be worse than the disease. We know one, and a couple others who died of PC.

“Major medical organizations have not recommended testing for it, citing mixed results from studies examining whether lowering homocysteine leads to a reduction in cardiovascular events. (There is stronger evidence that it can help prevent strokes.)”
