I have a feeling that market is pricing that new tariffs will be postponed as negations were harder than they thought. But we'll see later on.

I think it's never just technical reasons. Sure, possibly reached that exact level for technical reasons but I believe market realised they will keep for themselves what will go for tariffs in case of Canadian companies.

UUUU raised yesterday 10%, that's how good it is ;) but we have to remember that they are the biggest right now and they cover less than 1% of domestic needs if I remember correctly.
