Fun take on a classic sour-style gin gimlet with monkey 47 gin, a cardamom, thyme, and Turkish bay leaf syrup reduction and some lime juice. I used aquafaba for the froth, but egg white also fine lmao Locally bought spices, of course!!!

A rum Ramos I made by flash infusing some dark rum with a bunch of weird shit ✨
Rum infused with tumeric, banana, cumin seed, orange peel, and grapeseed oil!!
Rest is just a standard Ramos build with a little bit of pineapple juice for a tropical tiki vibe :)
