Del Grosso is not slow in any way 🤔

As far as I can tell there has not been any statement of such nature made by anyone involved or related to the pro cycling peloton.

And just 1 rider per team, as i understand, so then ridersafety is not helped as advertised. 6 of the bigger players object, something is wrong.

I think 'spending her best years on the MTB' filled her palmares pretty well actually. Becoming a World Champion and a Olympic Gold Medalist is stuff for the very best of dreams.

You put in Montmartre and now decide it is not part of the actual race? Bikeracing in the rain is part of the deal, on the last day as much as the first day.

I have no medical knowledge what so ever but blood and vein issues on pro cyclists make me frown, especially combined with surprise results and/or surprise exits. Proof me wrong and I gladly credit you for it.

Het hoeft niet, VLB geen moment in staat om iets van een bedreiging te vormen.

And no questions asked.

De kijkcijfers (internationaal) waren al dalende. Als Pogacar zo verder doet sloopt hij niet alleen de concurrentie maar het gehele wielrennen. Wie wil de figuranten nog sponsoren?

The desired plot twist can only come in the high mountains now, so the point on removing those is just silly.
July 13, 2025 at 4:19 PM
Why? High mountains are part of cycling just as cobbles, flat races and hills. You don't do Flanders without cobbled climbs just to even the playing field do you?

I remeber a TdF sprint on a super straight and wide runway that ended in carnage. (Can't remember where or when exactly. Sorry. ) But blaming a course revealed months ago after all that shoulderbashing and pushing today seems silly to me.

And thus is more than fine as it is. Death is a part of life just as birth. Maybe not an easy topic for everyone but eventually it will end for us all.

Don't know about this one but I have seen pretty complete roadbooks also covering where singaling will or will not be present. But like I said, I haven't seen this specific book.
But all this wasn't really what I meant to point out.

Always 'after' seldom before. Aperently it is difficult for both the male and female peloton to speak up (or be heared?) before problematic races.

Just aim for happy and healthy with a solid plan by a professional you trust. I wish you good luck on your track and stay true to yourself.

Start van Bluesky was ok maar de groei nam meteen ook Twitter-trekjes mee en de accounts die ik volgde op Twitter zijn nog lang niet allemaal hier te vinden. Wat mij betreft stagneert de relevantie van Bluesky op dit moment.

MTB not worthy enough? World Champion, Olympic gold, euro champ and worldcup wins look pretty good on a palmares as well. Track, gravel, cyclocross, MTB...there is more to life then just roadracing.

Maar wat is een degelijk en stabiel alternatief..🤔
