That isn’t correct. If your parents were citizens when you were born (naturalized or natural) then I t’s NOT birthright citizenship that makes you a citizen. When your parents are citizens you become a citizen regardless of what country you’re born in.

Why does congress need to do anything for the constitution to be enforced? This is an issue for the courts, not congress.

YouTube does live streams. The only drawback there is that a viewer has to own a YouTube channel to comment on the stream (at least they did a couple of years ago). It’s not that hard to create a channel, but still.
