The Rees Scott Archive is the repository for the archive of David Alan Rees and Eileen Ivy Scott and their ancestors. Also houses the Selves One-Name Study.
Just finished Lara's book. As well as a diary of finds it acts as an almanack of (mostly) London history. Inspired me to go virtual mudlarking. Had a look at Cumberland Wharf - and may have 'found' a ring! Google link: www.google.com/maps/@51.502...
Anyone else spotted anything on virtual mudlark?

We all have that dread, when hunting for our ancestors, that they may have changed their name. I was looking for one of mine, Frances Scott and came across this newspaper article. Thankfully, not related to my ancestor - but fancy following up 22 aliases!

At the beginning of November, I attended the Gallipoli Association's Annual Conference. One of the speakers was Arthur Meek, who is running a Project called 'Voices of Gallipoli' - reading out the interviews taken from Gallipoli veterans - worth a listen: arthurmeek.substack.com/p/voices-of-...
