If a vessel does not stop then, after due warning, opening fire is permitted, probably starting with a shot across the bows.

Unfortunately, now the main pandemic is over, the UK government only makes it available free to a select few groups, including over 75s. My wife, being younger, has to pay £85 (c. $115).
