I walked.

Chester walked all he wanted to, and we saw some many daffodils.

Yesterday, when I went for a walk, I felt like I was going to collapse after about 100 metres.

Today, I managed to walk my full route without incident.

Playing MtG with some people I don't know, and one of them forced me to staple this card to my hat unwillingly...
A Magic: The Gathering card called Duress. In the artwork it has a person hanging onto a boat barely in a large body of water. It costs 1 black mana to play, is a sorcery and its rules is: Target opponent reveals his or her hand. You choose a noncreature, nonland card from it. That player discards that card. The flavour text, in italics near the bottom of the card, is Solitude and starvation are brutal punishments, but even worse is all that time to think.
