Fast and high resolution confocal imaging, 6 slides or more depending on the version. Taylor, core manager of AMC's imaging facility, got very nice images of whole-tumors. Moreover, the software allows for easy to use imaging analysis

SWIR intensity (top) and NIR lifetime (bottom) imaging of HER2+ spheroids (~500um) using a lightsheet mesoscope developed by Luis Chavez (intes-lab.bme.rpi.edu/people). Look for exciting new stuff coming from the Intes-Barroso collaboration in 2025!

Congratulations to Mohd Saqib for being awarded a Keystone grant from The Histochemical Society. Mohd's project is entitled "An Integrated Imaging-Based Approach for Measuring Tumor Immune Suppression Involving PD-1/PD-L1 Interactions and Immune Response Dynamics". Well-deserved Mohd!
