Spot whiskey also makes great options (Green, Yellow, Blue and Red Spot)
I would recommend these two brands as a love of Irish whiskey from time to time 🙌🏼

Redwood Empire Lost Monarch or Pipe Dream! They are out of CA and very affordable! They also have cask strength version too if your into that!
Very tasty stuff and offers a ton of bang for your buck!

Holladay is worth a try! Definitely recommend picking one up, especially if you can find their rickhouse proof 🍻

I love this bottle! I have an older batch 10 and it is one of the fruitier whiskies I have in my collection. Glad to see it getting some love here 🙌🏼

Ardbeg is definitely a rougher choice to start with just like Laphroaig, sometimes it’s best to just jump right in 😂
Glad you can enjoy it now! I find the peated scotches have some of the most unique flavors, especially when you find a sherried one like Ardbeg Uigeadail 👌🏼

That is good to know! The only Springbank I have tried and loved as the 12-year cask strength and I have been hoping to find a bottle ever since! I’ll have to add the 18-year to this wishlist next 👀

Jeez… it is tough to pick between Peaty Scotch and a good Bourbon, definitely depends on the vibes but cannot go wrong with either 🍻

I would go with a Old Forester 1910 or Michter’s Bourbon. None of that funk oak and a bunch of vanilla on those two for me at least. Also Woodford Double Oak but that tends to have a bit more oak flavor to it, not funky though in my opinion!
