This is my take on a cinnamon ice cream on a bed of digestive crumbles, salted apple caramel and compressed apple balls.

I have been working with it for a few weeks and have finally written it down as a recipe.

I'm not that fond of desserts but ice cream is always nice. My absolute first attempt at making ice cream was blueberry (bilberry?) flavored. I will probably gain seven kilos in weight before Christmas!
