Let build the future with Technology!
This is just v0.1 — super early.
But if you’re curious (or easily distracted like me 😅),
you can pre-register now:

Of course, I vibe-coded the first version.
But I quickly hit LLM limits — things started breaking 😅
Next step: moving to Cursor for AI pair programming and adding real persistence.

I used lovable to build the UI — no backend, just local storage.
It took me ~2hrs to get something working.
Super basic, but it tracked my state and gave time block suggestions based on mood + energy.

For years, I’ve tracked my mood, energy, and focus manually in Excel.
It helped me understand when I’m in the zone, and what throws me off.
But it was clunky. So last weekend, I decided to turn it into a real app.

That was me downloading apps, buying all kind of notebooks, and testing 1000 methods, a complete nightmare!

Sticking to one thing and only one thing was the best framework for me!

So yeah — first product: a focus tracker to help anyone get in the zone, consistently.
Built in public.
For builders, creatives, and anyone trying to show up with intention.

Let’s go. 🚀

Turns out I’m not alone.
Dr Huberman talks about how focus is built, not something that just “happens.”
And a productivity YouTuber explains this perfectly in this vid:

Highly recommend.
Does Pomodoro actually work for flow? (thanks Huberman)

I’ve been logging energy, focus, and mood in Excel.
Each work session starts with a check-in:
⚡️ Am I focused?
🧠 Energized?
😵‍💫 Or should I take a break?

This helps me adapt — and I always do better when I track.
April 12, 2025 at 6:46 PM
But to pull all of this off, I need to protect my focus.
So my first product will be:
An app that helps track and improve deep focus using a framework I already use in Excel.

To stay focused and consistent, I’m sticking to these 6 rules:
✅ Validate early
✅ Build only weekends/free time
✅ Stick to a clear process
✅ Talk to real users
✅ Code with good vibes
✅ Grow sustainably

My goal is to launch multiple products in 2025.
Some based on old notes and personal problems I’ve faced.
Others in collab with people who have real-world ideas.
I call these: partnership builds.
