I think the biggest issue with platforms like that is amoral management.
It infuriates me because they could run a non-toxic platform where newer artists could grow, allowing people to connect to new creators, and make money with non-intrusive ads or the like.

The issue lies not with the slapdashness here, which sounds worse than i think it is. The whole deal of the wording is to AVOID banning "AI" specifically in a massive overreach like they did with their stupid OSA act.
It's to prevent companies from rebranding their software to avoid punishment.

The thing about stuff like this is that it sticks. Overcoming it takes time, but eventually you can turn your back on it. It'll still be there as a part of you, but you'll learn to not let it define you.

They apparently got the name of the guy and the state is probably gonna have to do seperate charges. IDK if he's gonna be in prison, but the wrongful death suit is a slam dunk. With all of the evidence they have, the family is going to gut whoever's responsible for this shit.
