Got a new crew! 5 fresh trainees started on Monday. Refurbished some bikes straight off. Really excited to see how we roll for their 6 month placement with us. Looks like the last cohort all secured full time work. 3/4 in the bike trade. Awesomeness.

My R14 is the very best bike I’ve ever had and I’ve had soooo many. In the bike trade since the 80’s. That’s a lot of wheels and miles.

Tilly competed at the cargo bike race on Sunday. She loves hauling and is my go to rider when we need a bike collection. She can weave the bike and a 3m trailer though London traffic like a magician.

The achingly beautiful “secret beach” that’s been a holiday destination for yrs. Bitter sweet weekend here as we don’t know when next we’ll ever be able to visit. I vow to be able to scramble down in ten yrs, a fit 70yr old. Precipitous descent.
