as a fifty four year old in full time employment, the odd game of that is all i can muster. my lad's old PS4 that he gave me when he got his PS5 has been gathering dust for a few years now.

i was given this by a work colleague four years ago. i'd never hears of him or it before then. found it extremely interesting. far too much in this world that cannot be easily explained.

everything but that. cholesterol, blood pressure, everything is where it should be apart from my blood sugars.
reckon two years off the drink has done me massive favours.

i lost 5 stone when i got told i had diabetes, but put it all back on (and maybe more) when i finished at tesco and was sat on my harris all day in the call centre.
this new job has me moving. i have walked to work every shift this week. couldn't have done that five years ago.

cheers. round about 7 stone now.

it's not something i do often. last time was November and i was chuffed to be marginally under 20st.
a colleague commented the other day that as i was walking down the road she didn't realise it was me as i "have lost so much weight" so i weighed myself today.
