This is one of the many reasons why the #disabled community as a whole fight for our rights and seek better.
We aren't even allowed to get married officially because disability will immediately be taken away on the assumption the partner has the financial resources to do so.

I was banned by the mods in @chefnightshadevt.bsky.social chat because someone in they're community gets a pass to say a slur for disabled people. The mod team banned me, for asking them to address it and was met with disrespect.

They deleted the VOD because not even a little bit after the incident their "community" openly started talking about others with the slurs directed at others openly in the call with other choice words and phrases. It's why they don't want people seeing open evidence against them. Shocker.
