The German version of ice. So the war on workers and the poor is everywhere. But the pol-ice ain’t gonna cook your food. Just the opposite. They are worse than useless, and gobble up your tax dollars. They add zero value to society, unlike migrants, who do actual work of value for others.

I used a MacBook pro 2013 heavily for my film class until last year when the same problems as you have become too much. I still use it at times. Upgraded RAM & replaced battery, but changing browsers from Chrome to Firefox with few tabs open helped a lot. Chrome gobbled resources. Not a real fix tho

Ice hires eventually will not be limited to “immigrants” They will be redeployed under a new name to go after dissidents, American citizens, anyone for whatever reason, and whatever democratic institutions are left.

her sister is a teacher & union organizer in SoCal; another is scientist in Sweden, & her sis is a talented Parisian clothing designer who will be hosting me for a couple of days.

I never needed kids of my own thanks to them. These women make my world a bigger & better place in these bleak times.
