Sports people must not play as long as they are injured because the safety comes first. But in case the injury is not that serious, and the activity is not competitive, they can take part in whatever they can do.

My leisure and physical activity time might be reduced because of workload since I have a full-time career. Balancing job pressure and the lack of free time will require that I select convenient exercises, such as walks, brief workouts, and activities over the weekend so that I remain active.
