Why don't they have that same thought process on data centers?

I say compromise as in appeasing them even though they had the votes. Universal healthcare was seen as extreme so it was a compromise to ease flaring tempers, in my opinion, to avoid retribution and backlash. I really hope the next administration has no qualms about passing "liberal" bills.

The ACA was the compromise w conservatives. If Dems were in charge, we'd have universal Healthcare.
