As we approach the cooler seasons I look back on the great summer that I had. This was from a visit that I took to #HauloverBeach. I’m not really looking forward to the change in weather but change is necessary so I won’t cry about, summer just gives me something else to look forward to.

Ever since I heard Philips’ interview on the @naturistlivingshow.com I’ve become intrigued with #Druidry and Philips take on its relation to #naturism so I wanted to know more about this guy and the philosophy. Just skimming through the pages I got excited. Looks like a great read! #NakedIsHealthy

This morning was absolutely beautiful! ✨🍃🌞 The weather was perfect with lots of sunshine and a nice breeze flowing. I stayed out for about an hour communing with the elements. I’m so grateful that I get to experience this beautiful way of life. ☺️ #NakedIsHealthy #ProudNaturist #Connected #Gratitude

I wrapped up ‘Nudism In Modern Life’ and it was a great read! Much of what I already knew to be true but it’s great to see it written down. I wanted to began with the basics of Naturism. I’m one who fully emerges myself into whatever interests me. I need the history. Now on to my next read! 🧐

This is how healthy humans should be living! Logically, it makes the most sense. Instead we tend to work against nature as opposed to working with it. A #Rewilding is happening, many are becoming aware of the importance of living in harmony with nature. 🌿 We have to get back to HUMAN. ✨

To my bare footers, what is your favorite type of surface to walk on. I love all of the different textures that nature offers us but my favorite surface would have to be a moist, wet ground. The moisture aids in electron flow, from the ground, up into your body, enhancing the grounding effect. 🌍🦶🏾⚡️

I wonder if people actually reading about all the health benefits of nudity first versus just seeing a bunch of naked bodies and forming there own opinions and misconceptions, would help more people to be accepting and adapting of the lifestyle. 🤔 We certainly have science on our side. 🌿 #Gymnosophy
