I did a chemical test of soil. Phosporus should be around 15-20mg/100g of land.
❌Mine is 0,8mg/100g. ❌
No organinc stuff can help here, so I had to call science to help me.
No use in having olives if they give no fruit.

The olive mill is .40 eur/kilo olives (4euro per liter)
This already puts you at 5.5euro per liter.
If i could snap my finghers & have EVERYTHING for free, except the the bottle and the mill, and sell it at zero profit, it would still cost more.

I was filtering my oil today.
Ran out of filter plates.
Dude in the store said i can filter up to 200 liters with one batch.

I am jumping on olive trees since I can remember, and in the years gone by have recieved my fair share of compliments for my olive oil, but when la señora from Spain, who knows olive oils sends this, i feel pride in my work.

The best part of the olive harvest is the chit-chat at lunchtime with my family and friends.
