Never short of something to do, but a lot is sat down working on a screen now. It’s good to make time to get out in nature, if not essential.

There were good bits and bad bits in 2023, and plenty to look forward to in 2024. Hoping for a slim body and a fat bank account; let’s hope I don’t mix that up again this year.

Getting a bit fed up with all the begging letters from the tax office so actually got around to finishing off my return today. 2hrs turned into 6, but at least it’s done for another year. Relax now for Christmas.

Day off today for a trip to Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour. Amazing day.

Interesting thing I found out today. My mate booked a weekend break on his android phone with booking.com. He shared it, and the same property with same dates on my iPhone and pc was £14 more expensive. He checked with both his iPhone and android phones, and his iPhone showed it as £14 more !!!

On the bright side, another 3 weeks and it will start getting lighter.

Just Eat back again, a bit earlier tonight, with pizza. Adam is being a right pain.

Second time this week we have a food delivery from Just Eat, for Adam B. Last time it was midnight. I hope Adam can get his act together and put his right address in the app, before he starves to death.

A friend gave me this advent calendar today for my grand-daughter. I didn’t really look at it, thinking it was chocolate! 😯

My wife mentioned she would like to see the northern lights; my first thought was Iceland. Then heard on the news of a potential volcanic eruption. Must be the travel gods giving me a sign.
