Yes it was a lovely video they did of our place.
Yes we have lots of things that bite here. Michael was bitten by a small trapdoor spider yesterday. It was a bit painful for awhile. He took some antihistamines and painkillers. The pain settled after a few hours.

Bitten by the 2nd most poisonous snake in the world. The Eastern Brown snake. It was lying just inside the door to my shed. I didn't see it until after it had bit me. My husband's first aid training, paramedics and a helicopter flight to the nearest hospital with anti-venom kept me alive.

I would prefer to skip the snake part also. Unfortunately getting bitten by one a few weeks ago has only increased the fear of them.

Michael uses a very simple recipe. He just mixes it all together and let's it sit for 30 mins to relax the dough. Then gives it another quick mix and covers it with plastic wrap and puts it in the fridge for 24 hours.
Takes it out and let's it get to room temp in a bread tin and then bakes.

Very true. It is nice to know that you can have the skills to do these traditional skills to feed ourselves. To not rely on shops as much. 😊
