BREAKING: Texas Governor Greg Abbott has ordered all Texas flags to be flown at full-staff on inauguration day, despite the requirement that they be flown at half-staff for 30 days due to President Carter's death. Shameful.

Whenever disaster strikes, Trump and his heartless maga cult immediately use it to attack their political opponents. They make up wild conspiracy theories, and lie about recovery efforts. They politicize the victims, and try to distract from the fact they'll do nothing to help them.

The California Fires Blame Game Is A Terrible Preview Of What’s To Come
And stop with the fire puns in headlines, Trump didn’t “skewer” Newsom

Trump continues to criticize CA officials response to the LA wildfires.

When people die, are hurt, evacuate their homes with only the clothes on their back, and are scared AF, it is not the time for politics or revenge.

This is when Americans unite.

But for Trump it is a time to spew lies & hate.

“A furnished Bel Air home went on Zillow today for $29,500 / month. A few months ago, it was asking $15,900.

I called up the agent. She said she told her client to re-list the home after this week's L.A. fires.

I wish everyone would worry about the climate crisis all the time, not just when a city is on fire.

Because our world is sick and dying right before our eyes.

If Elon Musk is such a great engineer, why hasn't he created desalinization firefighting equipment? Better water delivery systems? Protective mechanical suits for firefighters in steep terrain? Floating water cannons/pump platforms that could be stationed at ponds or lakes? Random 0400 thoughts.

Saving this for the next time someone asks for an example of cruel and unnecessary misogyny being normalized by men in media.
Unbelievable.
"This, right here, ladies and gentlemen? This is the leadership of the LA Fire Department. I sure hope I know what they're doing"

(Jesse's point is that they are women and possibly queer women at that so they can't possibly know what they're doing)
