Given that corporations will do much better under a system of laws that are coherent, stable and clear, is it not in the interest of shareholder value (that boards are obliged to work towards) that they form a united front and reject Trumps capricious ’reforms’?

In 1991 I was stranded in Paris overnight.
I wandered the streets, helped a woman change her flat tire, got ushered into a restaurant with tuxedoed waiters to wash my hands, strolled under the Arc de Triumph & beautiful young lady gave me a rose before blushing & rushing off (maybe it was a dare).
