Agreed, this was a fun one!

Surgery at end of year meant i took two weeks off from the gym to recover, but since mid-January, i have been back at it, even despite some recent breathing issues. I am keeping at it, and i'm proud of how i've been doing, but i'm really hoping for some weight loss at some point.

Progress seems slight to me. I've noticed some tone results, & my posture is better, but i haven't really lost weight & my waist is the same size (yes, i've adjusted my eating habits).
