Definitely cutting everything in half next time, but I'm pleased with the outcome. I also need to figure out how to make the waffles fluffier.

I really need to be able to stop working & focus on being okay but I have no safety net, & even if I apply for SSDI/SSI again it could take months or years and I'm on my own and can't handle all that.
