It's likely he knows deep down in the recesses of his demented brain, that no one will honor him by naming an institution after him in the future (except maybe a prison to hold his fellow criminals currently in office bc of him) so, he is going to put his name on everything...in gold.

My thought- Trump wants to control what you see/hear with AI. He is helping media co's buy up others and merge but the deal has to go thru him. Tik Tok, X, Meta, etc Pay Trump and you can have what you want but you owe him. Cost - producing flattering images and news about his economy and him.
